To make this event a success, we are seeking enthusiastic volunteers like you to serve in various essential roles. Whether you’re passionate about guest assistance, playing with children, logistics, or simply eager to lend a helping hand, there’s a place for you on our team.

Volunteer Roles + Requirements

Registration Agent:

  • Description: Assist with ticketing and check-in for all guests and provide credentials needed for the event.
  • Requirements: No heavy lifting required, Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, able to communicate by answering basic event questions

Hospitality:

  • Description: Assist with guiding VIPs or serve teams to their check in stations and lounge areas. Greet and assist special guest and volunteers
  • Requirements: Standing and good communication skills and big energy and good hospitality skills

Kids Zone:

  • Description: Assist with checking in and monitoring the play area for the kids. Ensure the safety of children and families. access to the football field for jumping gyms, climbing walls and sports drills
  • Requirements: Big energy, welcoming and ability to stand for a long period of time.

Wayfinder:

  • Description: Assist on the event floor as a directional, information, and catch-all “wayfinder.”
  • Requirements: Standing for a long period of time and good communication skills.

Guest Support:

  • Description: Walk around with the guest “veteran,” assist with carrying items selected, and serve as a guide through the event.
  • Requirements: Ability to carry 10 pounds or more.

Set Up / Tear Down

  • Description: Setting up and tearing down various ministry areas for the event.
  • Requirements: Ability to carry 10 pounds or more.

Product Support:

  • Description: Guide guests through Compassion Gift giveaways with select items.
  • Requirements: Be friendly and helpful. Ability to be on your feet for an extended period of time. Ability to carry 20 pounds or more.
