Wendell & Lynda Vinson
Full Bio
The Vinson’s unwavering compassion to love people to Jesus inspired innovative ways to serve their community better, such as Fort Faith, an award-winning children’s ministry center; Champion’s Club, a state-of-the-art center designed specifically for children with special needs; Florence Gardens Senior Living Center, an affordable housing development for seniors; and Frazier Woods Conference Center. Canyon Hills is a forerunner in the CityServe network with the ongoing renovation of a nearly 200,000 sq. ft. commercial shopping mall that serves as an inner-city outreach center and CityServe warehouse HUB.
Wendell has trained pastors, advised world leaders, and helped coordinate government briefings in Washington, DC, as part of the White House Office of Faith-Based and Community Initiatives.
He currently serves or has served as a member of the board of trustees for Vanguard University, Costa Mesa, CA; Covenant Foundation of California; Convoy of Hope, Springfield, MO; Covenant Community Services Kern County; Kern Leadership Alliance; Mission One Eleven; and National Faith Advisory Board.
Wendell and Lynda have two adult children and are proud grandparents of their four grandchildren.

Darren & Marci DeLaune

Darren is the senior executive pastor of New Life Church in Conway, Arkansas. DeLaune implements and executes the vision and values of NLC while overseeing the ministries and leadership teams on a weekly basis. He’s also involved in coaching pastors and planting churches throughout Arkansas and is actively involved in shaping and building CityServe in Arkansas and around the globe.
Dan de Leon

Dan is the senior pastor of Temple Calvario, a prominent bilingual church in Santa Ana, California. Under his leadership, Templo Calvario has established seventy-five campuses in the United States and Latin America. He is a general presbyter of the General Council of the Assemblies of God. He has spoken before the US Senate and served on influential committees at the request of the president. He was privileged to be one of the keynote speakers at Promise Keepers conferences including Stand in the Gap in Washington, DC. He was the former host of the Club 700, the 700 Club in Spanish.

Terry & Mary Inman

Pastor Terry Inman has served as lead pastor of Harbor Light Church in Fremont, CA for over twenty six years. The church has a regional influence in the greater San Francisco Bay area with a large K-12 christian school and many local and global compassion outreaches.
Pastor Terry has served for over thirty years on District and National leadership boards of the Assemblies of God. The Inman’s have a long history of partnership with compassion ministries like Convoy of Hope and Project Rescue. Pastor Terry also serves as the President and cofounder of the CityServe Pastor’s Network in the greater Fremont area. Over twenty local churches actively participate in their “Compassion Network” that daily connects congregants with the various felt needs of the community. They have recently hosted the CityServe International’s “USDA Farmers to Families” food distributions.
He and his wife Mary enjoy their thirty one grandkids! In their spare time they have traveled to over 45 nations, often with compassion and leadership assignments.
Scott & Darla Young

Scott and Darla founded the Church of Hope in Sarasota. They have served this church and community for the past 25 years. This ministry of HOPE is known for its passion for Jesus and outreach into the community. They both love to see people grow into their full God given potential.
Scott loves to follow Jesus. This journey has taken him along many paths. He has served as a Pastor, Evangelist, Professional NSA Speaker, and National Daily Television Producer and Broadcaster (hosting the live call-in program “You & Me”). People who have worked with Scott say he is known for his infectious joy and generous spirit.
He currently serves or has served on the leadership boards of the Christian Television Network, Pen-Florida Assemblies of God (currently as their District Assistant Superintendent), National Assemblies of God as a General Presbyter, Watoto Child Care (International and National Boards), Southeastern University Leadership Round Table and U.S. Missions Director for Pen-Florida (working with church planting and
revitalization).
His education includes an undergraduate degree in theology, a graduate degree in communications, and a doctorate in religious studies.
